1.1. The following words and terms, when used with this Agreement, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1.2. “Online Casino”: Playtech internet gaming system on the Website and related services and gaming activities as offered and listed at www.3weslots.com, including but not limited to, online casino and/or online bingo and/or any other games, where applicable;

1.3. “Player Account”: A registered personal account opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Gaming Platform;

1.4. “Software”: The software licensed to us, including any program or data file or any other content derived there of, that needs to be downloaded, accessed or otherwise utilized by you from www.3weslots.com, enabling you to participate in the Online Gaming Platform;

1.5. “Username and Password”: The username and password chosen by you upon registration with 3WE Slots;

1.6. “You”: The registered member of the Online Gaming Platform downloaded from www.3weslots.com;

1.7. “Us/We/Ours”: 3WE Slots/www.3weslots.com;

1.8. “Website”: www.3weslots.com, and any related sites accessible via links or via any other access method.

2.1. This Agreement covers the arrangements between you and us with relation to your use of the Online Gaming Platform for play-for-real games.

3.1. You can only use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are of the legal age as determined by the law of the country where you live.

3.2. You cannot use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to reject your Membership Application without reference to you or assigning any reason whatsoever.

4.4. You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.

4.5. We may immediately terminate your Account upon written notice to you if you use the Service for unauthorised purposes. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances.

4.6. 3WE Slots will never ask you to reveal your Password, PIN or Security Code over the phone or via email.

4.7. You are allowed to open only one betting account with 3WE Slots and 1 (ONE) member restricted to 1 (ONE) account, from 1 (ONE) IP address in 1 (ONE) household. Should we discover that you have more than one account with 3WE Slots, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to treat all accounts that you have with 3WE Slots as a single joint account, terminate the additional account(s) and/or to terminate this Agreement (original deposit/winning/bonus) with you.

4.8. We may close or suspend an Account if you are not or we reasonably believe that you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so. We may not always be able to give you prior notice. If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit).

4.9. We require further evidence of identification and age from you to verify your Membership Application (e.g. valid picture identification and debit/credit card). If there is any change to your information details, you shall notify us of the relevant change immediately.

4.10. You must keep your password for the Service confidential. Provided that the Account information requested has been correctly supplied, we are entitled to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals have been made by you. We advise you to change your password on a regular basis and never disclose it to any third party. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. You may log out of the Service at the end of each session. If you believe any of your Account information is being misused by a third party, or your Account has been hacked into, or your password has been discovered by a third party, you must notify us immediately. You must notify us if your Registered Email Address has been hacked into, we may, however, require you to provide additional information/ documentation so that we can verify your identity. You must not at any time transmit any content or other information on the Service to another Customer or any other party by way of a screen capture (or other similar method), nor display any such information or content in a frame or in any other manner that is different from how it would appear if such Customer or third party had typed the URL for the Service into the browser line.

4.12. When registering, you will receive possibility to use all currencies available on the website. Those will be the currencies of your deposits, withdrawals and bets placed and matched into the Service as set out in these Terms. Some payment methods do not process in all currencies. In such cases a processing currency will be displayed, along with a conversion calculator available on the page.

4.13. We are under no obligation to open an Account for you and our website sign-up page is merely an invitation to treat. All such bets are subject to the Betting Rules applicable to each event or game, and to these Terms and Conditions. If a manifest error or mistake occurs or an incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event shall be void. In the event of any malfunction to the The Company gaming system, The Company reserves the right to void any and all bets placed.

5.2. Not with standing any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, 3WE reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to decline all, or part, of any bet placed without providing any reason whatsoever.

5.3. We only accept bets made through the internet and/or Devices in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Bets are not accepted in any other form (whether by post, email, fax or otherwise) and where received will be void regardless of the outcome.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend and or close a customer's account at any time if it is believed that you have breached any of these Terms or have acted in a manner of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the normal betting spirits. Any winnings and or payout including balance in the account shall be deemed forfeited and invalid.

5.5. Any forms of "abnormal bets" including the use of artificial intelligence or "bots" on the Internet will be VOID without prior notification. Any attempt or actual use of artificial intelligence by members or will lead to termination of their account. Any Player found to be using any 3rd party software or automated playing technology shall have their bonus and all winning removed and account closed.

5.6. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the details of your bets are correct. Subject to the other provisions herein, once your bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed by us, they may not be cancelled, revoked or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence in respect of the bets that you have placed.

5.7. You are responsible and liable for all activities and transactions that take place through the use of any of the following (or any combination thereof):

5.8. Please note that all bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database. 3WE Slots's transaction logs are conclusive evidence of all transactions and times at which the transactions are placed.

5.9. Subject to the other provisions herein, bets will be deemed valid and accepted by 3WE Slots when a transaction ID is displayed on your screen and duly reflected in your transaction history.

5.10. In respect of any bet and the associated transactions therewith, the decision of 3WE Slots is final and conclusive.

6.1. The Company reserves the right not to settle a transaction in the event of discrepancies between the cardholder's name and the Name.

6.2. The maximum amount that can be won by one customer in any one day of betting is base on your VIP tiering.

6.3. All your winnings will be credited to your account. The Company shall not be responsible or liable to you for any funds/winnings credited to an account in error, and The Company reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds. Should funds be credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to inform The Company immediately.

6.4. For deposits below MYR100, the maximum allowable withdrawal amount is capped at MYR8,888.

7.1. Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification to our satisfaction..

7.2. A turnover of at least 1 time on the value of deposit needs to be reached before a withdrawal can be requested. 3WE Slots reserves the right to make a charge to your account to cover all reasonable cost relating to both the deposit and withdrawal.

7.3. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the account holder. We do not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.4. Crediting Winnings -- Winnings will be automatically added to the respective Player’s account, as deemed appropriate. These updates of the Players’ accounts are not 'proof of win' and/or may refer to funds that have been transferred (debited) from your respective Account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, 3WE Slots reserves the right to void certain winnings and to take appropriate action againstany Player’s account accordingly.

7.5. Bonus Money refers to the virtual money on products that are given to 3WE Slots’s users for promotional purposes. Users cannot withdraw such money right after they have been awarded it. Depending on the type of bonus, different processing rules for bonus monies may apply.

7.6. Bonus money can be converted to real money and then withdrawn after the user has fulfilled the necessary requirements of the particular promotion.

7.7. The maximum payout for all progressive games payouts is MYR5,888 (any participation in tournaments/events/scratch tickets/free token/mini games/game show resulting in free credit maximum payout is MYR5,888).

7.8. All rebates (daily rebate/weekly lose rebate) withdrawal amount will be capped at MYR5,888.

7.9. All deposits without bonus, vouchers, rewards credit claimed or any other types of special credit will required to generate a one (1) time turnover before a withdrawal can be requested unless SPECIFICALLY stated.

8.1. All the promotion in 3WE Slots is not allowed for multiple accounts, if there is any collusion or usage of multiple account, all bonus and winning amount will be confiscated.

8.2. Turnover on all types of non-live table games (e.g. Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat and other non-live table games) and non-slot games, will not count towards this turnover requirement unless SPECIFICALLY stated.

8.3. 3WE Slots will only calculate the amount of bets that have been settled and with the result of winning or lose as effective turnover.

8.4. Given bonuses are only valid for thirty (30) days, starting from the date they are issued, unless otherwise stated in the bonus’ terms and conditions. If a player fails to make the prerequisite value of wagers before the expiration, the bonus funds and money won using money bonus funds will be removed from the player’s account.

8.5. Abuse includes but not being limited to the following:

1. i. Claiming a bonus and asking for cash out without a fair amount of play.
2. ii. Creating more than one account per person and using these accounts as fraudulent accounts in an attempt to claim our bonuses more than once.
3. iii. Delayed winnings, for example, "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus or cash funds, then the Player steps out of the free bonus or bonus round, and then completes at a later time for example, after the bonus has been wagered;

8.6. All deposit bonuses must be claimed before the play starts, no bonuses will be awarded after the client had started playing games in the casino. Welcome Bonus cannot be removed once issued.

8.7. In the interest of fair gaming, in order to cash out any amount of money you must first complete the required wagering for the play bonus (the wagering amount will be specified under each promotion accordingly).

8.8. 3WE Slots reserves the right to decide unilaterally to execute and, at any time without prior notice, to modify, change, stop, cancel and/or invalidate the promotion.

8.9. The Company reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any individual/group of people acting in liaison/collusion and attempts of fraudulent. The money in the accounts will be confiscated immediately.

8.10. In the event that The Company believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, The Company may, at our sole discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any user from the promotion.

9.1. In addition to other rights available to 3WE Slots under this Agreement 3WE Slots reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance in your betting account, to terminate the Agreement and/or to suspend the provision of the Services/deactivate your account if 3WE Slots has the reasonable grounds to believe or establishes any of the following:.

1. i. you have more than one active account with 3WE Slots;
2. ii. you participate in a 3WE Slots promotion and withdraw before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
3. iii. you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
4. iv. you have failed or neglected to provide the requested identification information;
5. v. you are not of Legal Age;
6. vi. you access and participate in the Services from a jurisdiction where participation in the Services is prohibited by law;
7. vii. you have "charged back" or procured a "charge back" against us or denied any of the transactions or deposits that you made to your account;
8. viii. you are depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorised activities;
9. ix. you are found to be cheating or attempting to cheat or to have cheated anyone or any party, or if it is determined by 3WE Slots that you have employed or made use of an artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the system or you are found to have colluded or attempted to collude with other players in order to defraud 3WE Slots (or other players as the case may be);
10. x. you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your account;
11. ix. you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement

9.2. If the provision of the Services is suspended and/or your account is deactivated, the provision of the Services will only be reinstated and/or your account reactivated after the necessary rectification has been verified.

9.3. Suspended/Close Account Association. When an account is suspended or closed for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future accounts that may be registered by the same person and void/cancel all bets and transaction with such accounts.

10.1. The Website(s) may contain links to external websites outside the Website(s) which are not maintained by 3WE Slots. Links to external websites are provided for your convenience only, and 3WE Slots is not responsible for and does not undertake to ensure that contents of such links are accurate, current or maintained.

10.2. 3WE Slots, is not responsible nor liable, has not provided or reviewed, does not approve or endorse, and makes no representations or warranties in respect of the contents or the privacy practices of the external websites, any products or services which may be advertised, sold or otherwise made available on such external websites.

10.3. 3WE Slots shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with your use of any link to external websites provided on the Website(s).

10.4. Unless expressly provided 3WE Slots shall under no circumstances be considered to be associated or affiliated with any statement, opinion, trade or service marks, logos, insignias or other devices appearing on external websites, or any products or services which may be advertised, sold or otherwise made available on external websites, or with the operators or owners of external websites or any person who may be related to any external websites in any manner whatsoever.

11.1. We reserve the right to, without liability to any party, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new games or functions to the Website(s) or to commence, cease, discontinue, restrict access to or modify any game or function at any time.

12.1. The Company reserves the right to seek all remedies in respect of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to deny or restrict access to the Services, Website(s) and Information to any particular person, terminate your account or to block access from a particular Internet address at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.

13.1. The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement.

13.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between The Company and you regarding the Services and the Site and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement.
